There is this moment when people see a well constructed miniature: a surprised drawing-in of breath, a disbelief that something so small could look so real. This is what I chase.
I make all things small, whether it is furniture, rooms or buildings. I have been developing my skills and resources over many years now having access to an extensive library of architectural styles, miniature production methods and interior decoration resources.
I use a variety of materials and methods, depending on what the particular miniature requires. This includes building from scratch, repurposing kits, or just acquiring beautiful small objects.
I live in Melbourne, Australia where I study architecture full time. I worked as a corporate lawyer for a few years, and I now teach property law and civil procedure at a Law School in Melbourne.
